General Refund Policy
- No Returns on Artworks
Once an artwork has been purchased, 3Seven Art does not accept returns. This is due to the unique nature of the items we sell, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art. The images and descriptions provided on our website are accurate, but if you have any concerns, we recommend reviewing the piece thoroughly before making a purchase. We encourage potential buyers to consult our art experts to ensure they make an informed decision. - Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be processed. Please note that some orders may require additional time for processing and shipping, and once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. - Damaged or Defective Artworks
While we take every precaution to ensure that all artworks are shipped with the utmost care, in the rare case of damage during shipping or if a piece arrives defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. We will request detailed images of the damage or defect and assess the situation accordingly. If we determine the artwork to be faulty, we will offer an exchange or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances. - Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only if the artwork is damaged or defective upon arrival. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. - Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for artwork purchases, as our pieces are unique. However, if a piece is damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or other solutions that are mutually agreed upon. - Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
